How can I request home support services?

Our team will schedule an initial assessment to understand your specific needs and how we can best assist you.

What types of services are included in home support?

Our home support service includes care such as:

  • Hygiene care,

  • Meal preparation,

  • Psychosocial support and adapted leisure activities.


    Additionally, we offer the possibility of obtaining specialized services separately.

Is it possible to personalize the care plan?

Of course! We recognize that each person has unique needs. That's why, after the initial assessment, we draw up a personalized care plan, which is regularly reviewed and adjusted as necessary.


In addition, we offer the possibility of obtaining separate specialized services, such as:

  • Physiotherapy,

  • Psychology

  • Nutrition,

  • Massage,

  • Beautician,

  • Hairdresser, among others.

How is the safety of the elderly ensured during the service?

The safety of the elderly is our top priority.

Do you have an agreement with ADSE?

No, the beneficiary will need to request the reimbursement. Our service operates on a free basis and is not part of the ADSE network. In this case, the client/beneficiary will need to request the reimbursement through the ADSE Direta portal.
